Lead Mechanical Engineer

Eaton is an $11 billion diversified industrial manufacturer. The design engineer will be a member of a team responsible for developing products and projects related to the control and monitoring of industrial systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and release of mechanical assemblies for industrial contactors and starters targeted at low voltage applications
• Development of specifications for mechanical components in these assemblies
• Development of product validation plans
• Failure analysis and issue resolution for both pre and post product development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, master's degree preferred
• Experience in the design of electro-mechanical devices including thermal management
• Experience using Pro-E or other similar CAE design packages.
