Mulitcore processors and engines can now create immersive, interactive 3D environments for computing, creating, communication and entertainment. These systems can run on ordinary PCs and gaming consoles, bringing new capabilities to computer applications and cloud-based services and changing the way people learn, play and create. This lunchtime talk and demonstration will be of interest to professionals working on emerging tools for revolutionizing their industries with new human-computer interface models, and to understand zSpace's development of a unique interaction facility using displays and sensors.

    Speaker Biography:
Doug Twilleager is co-inventor of Java 3D, and has 23 years of experience in graphics hardware simulators, graphics microcode, OpenGL drivers and higher level software.
